View the Assignment Queue

The Assignments Queue is a summary of existing DQ Job runs that can be filtered by behavior model assessment (outliers, dupes, shapes, etc.), users, and run status.

Note You can view the Assignments Queue via the icon or via the Workflow option on the Collibra Data Quality & Observability Home page.

Steps

1. Login to the Collibra DQ instance and select the dashboard icon.

2. Select Assignments.
   The Assignment Queue displays.

   

3. You can filter the Assignment Queue by selecting from the following criteria:

   • Status - Filter by status by selecting one of the following options in the Filter by Status dropdown:

     • Unassigned - Assignments that have not been assigned to a user to validate.

     • Assigned - Assignments that have been assigned to a user to validate.

     • Verified - Assignments that have been verified.

     • Resolved - Assignments that have been resolved.

   • Filter by Type - Filter by type of behavior model assessment by selecting one of the following options in the Filter by Type dropdown:

     • Outlier

     • Shape

     • Rule

     • Behavior

     • Dupe

     • Pattern

     • Record Changes

     • Schema Evolution

     • Mismatch Source

   • Filter by User - Filter by user by selecting a user in the Filter by User dropdown.

   You can also filter by entering your criteria in the Search field.

   

   The Assignment Queue results include the following:

   • Dataset - Link to a specific dataset.

   • RunID - ID of the DQ job run.

   • Type - Behavior model assessment of the Assignment.

   • Description - Annotation or message added in the Validate Finding window. For more information, go to Manage Collibra DQ Assignments.

   • State - State of the Assignment.

   • Profile - User who was assigned the Job Finding.
